Your experience at Fauerbach Automotive will probably be a little different than those you have had at other garages.  When you bring it by, here's what will happen:

1. We will ask you to tell us what problems you are having....what your car isn't doing or what it is doing!

2. We will diagnose your car. This means that we will carefully examine your car, and determine what is wrong with it. At this time we will ask you to authorize an amount of money that we will not exceed. If we can fix it within that amount, we will.

3. If your car could not be repaired during diagnosis we will tell you how much it will cost to repair your car. We are very accurate.

4. With your 'ok' we will begin repairs on your car. If they will take more than 3 hours, we will provide you a car to use until your car is repaired.

5. When the repair is done, we call you. You bring the car back that we gave you and drive away with your own car!
